Apply the Eye and Lip Definer on your lower or upper lash line, or both. Instead of drawing thick lines, you can apply eyeliner pencil by drawing dots or dashes along your lash lines. Connect the dots to create a continuous line or simply just smudge these together. You can smudge the eyeliner with a cotton swab or a smudging brush to make the lines less harsh and give your eyes a softer look.
